WARNING: Do not put your future at risk by settling for just any attorney in a Snohomish County Family Law case.

Everything that you have done with your life up to this point is about to be evaluated, and everything that you value is about to be redistributed, all by people that you have never met before.

A local Judge is about to decide which of your possessions he will give away, how often you can see your children, and how much money you get to take home out of your next paycheck. He does not care how hard you worked for it, how many hours of overtime you put in, what you sacrificed, or if you think that it’s fair. The only thing that the Judge cares about is getting one more case file off of his overflowing desk.

Divorce Lawyers for Men has the knowledge and experience to ensure that your rights are protected and a fair settlement is reached.

Helpful Information about Lake Stevens, Washington

Facts and Statistics about the Lake Stevens Area in Snohomish County

Lake Stevens is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States named after the lake that it is built around.

It is southeast of Marysville, north of the city of Snohomish, and east of Everett. The population as of the 2010 census was 28,069, with much of the growth due to annexation. Since 2005, the population of the City of Lake Stevens has nearly quadrupled in size. From 7,400 to 28,069 currently. This has been primarily due to an effort called “One Community Around the Lake” to bring unincorporated areas within the Urban Growth Area into the city limits. The have successfully annexed the areas of Northlake, Frontier Village, Soper Hill, Southwest, the Fire District on the southwest corner of Chapel Hill Road, and Comiche, a 2.91 acre commercially zoned vacant parcel on the southwest corner of Market Place and 91st Avenue.

Highlighted by the lake itself, Greater Lake Stevens is home to numerous parks, trails, and battlefields, including; Bond Field, Bonneville Field, Catherine Creek Park, Cavalero Park, Centennial Trail, City Beach, City Boat Launch, Eagle Ridge Park, Hartford Field, Kid’s Oasis Playground, Lake Steven’s Community Park, Lochsloy Fields, Lundeen Park, North Cove Park, Sunset Park, Wyatt Park, Davies Beach, and Mt. Pilchuck Disc Golf Course.

From the 1920s to the 1950s, Lake Stevens was primarily a resort community with many public and private resort beaches scattered around the shore. On November 29th, 1960, Lake Stevens incorporated as a city with a population of 900. Soon, its popularity and natural beauty, combined with changing commuter habits, attracted more and more residents. By 2000, Lake Stevens had grown to a population of 6,361. The lake remains the focal point of the greater Lake Stevens community for recreation and as a symbol of our need to provide for a sustainable existence that will protect our natural environment.

Lake Stevens, the lake itself, is the largest and deepest lake in Snohomish County, with an area of 1,040 acres and an average depth of 64 feet. It is fed by Lundeen, Mitchell, Kokanee, and Stitch Creeks and it is drained by Catherine Creek, which ultimately flows into the Pilchuk River. The small size of the surrounding watershed compared to the lake minimizes the effects of upstream pollution. Recreational activities include boating, fishing, and swimming.
